SYNC Lending Ripoff SCAM Montreal Quebec

SYNC Lending loan company claims to offer loans to people with bad credit. After the approval, loan documents will be sent. It all looks very official..........then they call to congratulate you and tell you they will need a secured amount of money to complete the loan process. Min. 750.00 which is what I sent.......refundable according to Kelly Patterson (who does not exsist) After I sent the money they said the 10,000 would be deposited in 24 hours. Then ater 24 hours no deposit I called them again and was told they needed another 750.00. That was Dec. 27, 2006. Today is January 11, 2007 the deposit never happened, the refund has not happened and will not though I am assured I should have it by the 1st week of February. Seems the lending institute had a problem with issuing checks or whatever. Every day there is a different reason as to why the deposit wasn't made or the refund hasn't been sent.
I am out 750.00Today I am out 1500.00.
