Some of the people in their bank like to play cruel jokes on people and harm them financially like it's a game for them. One guy in Customer Service in the U.S . at some secret location he won't disclose, likes to cause trouble for people just so he can chuckle. He thinks it's funny to toy with other people's lives. They like an air of mystery. They tell people in their company not to tell anyone anything. Very secretive and deceptive and unfair practices. They always want to blame everyone else for their mistakes.
