Beware of Synergy Management and of Soturi Inc of Tulsa, Oklahoma. They post false and misleading job postings on job bulletins such as Craigslist and Zip Recruiter. They are part of a company called a Smart Circle, DS MAX, and about 5,000 other names. They change names multiple times so job searchers can't know who they are interviewing with or who they are really working for. They change names so much you will see a lot of good reviews from them. People who encounter them can hardly put the pieces together to find out who they really are. The reviews are all fake. This is a pyramid scheme. Here's how it works. You will see a job posting for a firm looking for secretaries or a management training program. You get the interview and you are not sure what you are going to be doing. The more questions you ask the faster they talk. If you ask too many questions you won't get a second interview. They say they work for Fortune 500 companies helping with their advertising. They will tell you they like you and don't normally do this but they want you to go to a second interview. Well, I went to that second interview. It was at a Sam's Club. They wanted me to work at a booth selling Dish TV. Working 6 days a week over 50 hours a week. For a flat $400 a week. I was told in the first interview I would be paid $16 based off experience. They also claim you can have people working for you within weeks. Typical pyramid scheme. Here are some websites to help you understand what a hell hole this is: http://web.archive.org/web/20071112000008/http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DS-MAX https://thedevilcorp.wordpress.com/ They change their name so much the internet collectively calls them "Devilcorp". They don't pay their workers and Dish and AT&T should be ashamed for doing business with them. And don't let the 5 star reviews fool you, they are all fake. Websites are fake too. Don't waste your time with this company.
