If you have a car, you will be expected to drive all over the place, conducting business in an area that you have no license to be in. So, if the police stop you, chances are pretty good you will get a ticket for soliciting without a license. Well, if you do, you will have to pay for it cause the manager there simply will not! 

Here is there beloved script, better known as a pack of lies: Hi, my name is _______, and I work WITH (NOT FOR) a company called Coast to Coast Auto Glass, and we will be replacing some windshields in the area, at NO COST, and honestly, I'm just trying to help out one or two more people. Is that your car? Cool, let me show you what we've been seeing on some of your neighbors windshields.

First of all, if you accept their job, that's what you will be taught to say to each and every customer as you go door to door throughout a subdivision, more so, without the proper business license. So, you are doing so illegally and the management simply doesn't care. Why? The real question is, is why should he? You are taking all the risks and he's making all the money. It's that simple!

They will hype you up believing you can make thousands and thousands of dollars a week, and since I was there, I've seen a few who actually swallowed all the fast talking junk. In the meantime, when they get paid, they aren't making any real money whatsoever. In fact, the payroll check is hand written and you will NEVER see a pay stub indicating where your hard earned money was distributed. The deals you done and the pay you will get will definitely NOT add up. That's not coming from a disgruntled former employee either, that's just a hard cold fact!

How is this company's employee turn over rate? Whew, people come in and fly out on a daily basis. For some, it takes a little longer to wake up and smell the roses, but for others, after a day or so, they wake up to reality and quickly leave. That too is a hard cold fact!

If you are looking for employment, please do yourself a tremendous favor and look elsewhere from this pathetic excuse of a company. From being poorly managed to horrible customer service, you wont stand a chance to make any money, and that too, is a cold hard fact!

If you are a former customer, present customer, or a potential future customer, STAY FAR, FAR AWAY from them! There is a reason for them being NOT ON your insurance company's glass program. They teach their account reps to brag about how large they are, but if that was truly the case, then why would such a "large" company not be allowed to be on ANY insurance companies glass program? That seems mighty odd to me. I quit this company because of my strong family values. I couldn't bring myself to look at someone eye to eye and tell a bold face lie. That's what this company expects their account reps to do, and this too, is a cold hard fact!

This horrible excuse of a company can offer a rebuttal saying I didn't believe in their program. It's not the program itself I didn't believe in, it was simply the lies they wanted me to tell. It's just a matter of time before everyone throughout Greater Charleston will be fully aware of this group. I will do my part to warn everyone I come in contact with, and for your sake, and the sake of others, please tell everyone you know to avoid this company at all cost. Whatever you do, please don't allow them to fill your head with their lies and allow them to replace your windshield. Chances are, you'll have problems with it, and if so, good luck in trying to get it resolved. Believe me, you will need it, and that too, is a cold hard fact!

For those of you who are in need of employment, and want to get in the auto glass business, there are two reputable auto glass businesses who might be hiring. There may be more, but in all honesty, I know for a fact that these two are on EVERY insurance companies "Glass Programs" listings. And for those of you who are in need of auto glass, instead of dealing with such a horrible company, at least these two auto glass companies are customer service driven.
