 This company hired my company ,for electronic repair .every two weeks or 10 days invoice properly invoice a check in payment of will be sent out via fed ex or ups , first from February I got my first check April first week in April .then for work done in March we got in May 60 plus days in between .i look on the Internet and found others with same issue . Found this site waited awhile before i made my report.again it's been 40days since I've been waiting for payment for April . We are in June . Never in my 25 five year of buisness in countered such disregard for people not just business to business.enough is enough somebody needs to help us with this . My bills backed up still running calls to honor the contract so gas bill is on the credit card going up my thirty days is up almost and I I'm not playing I sent an email to accounts payable no one calls you back .its not going down like this . Then if you don't be careful the parts you sent back they trying to send them back before they charge you this is crazy. Furthermore I'm writing vizio and will be reporting this .thank you for you attention p.s never thought I will ever had to come to this I would rather walk away. Smh but not this time class action law suit this stop.like the old people ,let sleeping dogs lie.now I've come to the end and they still want you to run calls or as a contractor run a business with no revenue.
