TV has distorted image, constant buzzing and a black box appears across image occasionally. Called 10 times. Put on hold for average of 20 min. Temporary resolution. Finally got someone to offer a new part or a new TV. We chose former but after more problems would like a new TV. Called 6 times about it. Each time we get cut off.
