I bought the spoftware on the 24th of March. I wanted to change the contents of one of my VMDK files. I realized that I could only read the contents with the purchased software. I wrote this Email the same day:
Dear Company
Today I tested SysInfoTools-VMDK-Recovery[Full].I tried to get in touch, but the chat was busy during more than 1 hour. Finally I bought for 199 dollars SysInfoTools-VMDK-Recovery[Full]. I did hope I could MODFIY *.vmdk – files. I did learn that this is not the case. I should have seen that in the table on your homepage, I apologize.
Since there is a 30 days money guarantee back I request to return the software. I did already uninstall the software. Please disable the key:

PS: To read a VMDK file you can use the free software osfmount!
