T-Mobile, AT&T Mobility, Venicom, Venicom, Inc. Scam Artists Scottsdale Arizona

An account was set up and two mobile phones were purchased fraudently under my name with T-Mobile. I contacted T-Mobile to report that this account had been fraudulently set up in my name as a result of identity theft. T-Mobile closed the account as fraudulent and had it deleted from my credit reports. Five months later, Venicom sends me a collection letter for $898 as an early termination fee on this account. I wrote Venicom and told them that I did not set up or authorize this account. They responded by sending me an unsigned contract and invoice for two wireless phones that they said they mailed to an address in Florida and demanding that I pay the $898 breach of contract fee.
