T-QUIP BACK SOLICITED HIRED CARRIER / NON PAYMENT OF FREIGHT INVOICE Londonderry New Hampshire

We were hired by the company T QUIP on 10/25, to book a load frm PA to MI. we got them a truck according to our quote of $3450, we booked the truck according to their instructions for monday pickup, and then they advised the bill to payer was a different company, but always instructed us to continue with the load. the load was picked up 10/28 and it was to be delivered by 10/30.

we were very specific by stating formally that the load had to be paid before delivery. they agreed. when accounts receivables, stated to try to get in touch with the parties involved, they didnt pick the phone up. when we tried reaching T QUIP for payment, they started treatening by calling the cops, and the FBI if we didnt return the load back to their location and started to defame accusing us of  "theft".They have a very dishonest general manager,  Randall, he just  treated us like animals. we can provide all the written evidence to whoever needs it

We communicated with the carrier and advised them to reroute the shipment to a secure yard, until payment was resolved. the customer avoided our phone calls and hung up the phone when the calls went trough

we found our today 10/30, that the load was delivered and that the carrier backsolicited us, and dealt a higher rate with the customer directly and the customer paid a lower rate than the one we have agreed, and left us out of the deal.

legal action will be held against T QUIP, against the carrier (T. L SCHERMERHORN TRUCKING) and against the customer, Bill Shirley. dont ever deal with those companies, you might get ripped off.
