Tabak's Health Products rip off consumer fraud I want to take them to court do you? Costa Mesa, California

I ordered one of Tabak's products under thier "30 day Guarantee". When the product did not have any affect, I returned the unused portion to the company within the guidelines set by their guarantee.

I kept recieving "warning letters" threatening me that they were going to send my account to a collection agency and the National Credit Reporting Bureau. I wrote them letters explaining that I had sent their product back to them under their guarantee, yet even though the acknowledged reciept of my letter, they continue to send me nasty, threatening letters to "collect the debt" they claim I owe them.

I would like to suggest to any other consumer that has had the same problems as I with Tabak's Health Products that we contact each other and discuss the possibility of filing a class action law suite against them for Harrassment, False advertisement, and defamation of character for anyone who has had their credit affected by them.
