They charged my credit card $208.18 on September 12th, and FEDEX only got the paperwork and they never got any laser storm vacuum from them. I have been trying to fix the problem and by now they don't answer my calls anymore. I spoke with Marianna (Customer Service) Several times and last Friday (October 14th) They said that they will call me back and they never did. Today I was waiting on the phone for 3 hours and was the answer machine all the time. It's a false advertisement on As seen on TV. I will never by anything from them again!
