Purchased a watch worth $6000. I returned it a day after expecting my money back because I was not attracted to the models that they had. I was given a store credit. I called their customer service department in Sprintfield, NJ and was told that no exceptions to the policy would be made. I complained to their headquarters in Basel, Switzerland and got the same message. I still have a store credit for a store that I am not interesting in ever purchasing a watching from.

Why would you buy a $6000 ANYTHING...

without being sure of your purchase?  So, what's the Ripoff?  It sounds like this is definitely their policy.

BTW, let me know if you want to sell your store credit, I'd go as high as $250.  Let me know and I'll figure out a way to contact you.
