 So my team and I traveled to Atlanta from New Jersey two times (Jan-Feb) for Tyshones show that he DID claimed would be aired on VH1 in May of 2013. He changed the details and and location of the show so many times even right up until the day of the first showcase. Despite all the changes I really wanted to believe Pringle but, was failed miserably. So after winning the showcase and putting a huge hole in my finances, I began asking for the things promised to me like the radio plays which could have made me thousand of dollars the run around began. This man is very unprofessional and even made a sexual advance at me. I told Pringle that aint my kinda thing and asked for just my money I put out for all of this between travel an hotels we were looking at over two grand. He never paid a cent. The grand prize which was orginally fifty thousand dollars then changed to twenty five thousand and a dodge sprinter tour van was also never supplied obviously. I plan on taking this matter to the full extremities of the law. I have all the contracts, emails, text messages and supporting evidence to back my claim. This is case is a $50,000 case the way I see it. I even offered Pringle a easy way out and he still refused to pay so now I want 0 justice for all that is owed to me and prizes promised for winning & also the damage to my career which are irreparable. I'm sorry, Tyshone aka Mr Pringle aka whatever name he's going by at this moment, did pay me, but unfortunately it was with a bogus check that the bank said account did not exist! I still have the check with his signature for proof. I also have all the emails and texts where he's stating that he will pay up as soon as some other venue release the funds from another spot, which has nothing to do with why he hasn't paid me in two months. Mr Pringle wants to say he wasn't happy with my work now it's time to pay up, but yet he called my back to shoot again, not to mention he added an extra $50 because he really loved the pictures and for the extra hours that he had me stay, which I was still under paid.  He was very happy with my work (in his own words) but because he don't want to cover the bogus check he gave me, he has nothing but bad things to say. Regardless of all of that, I did a service and wasn't paid for it. He is saying he paid me, so where's the proof? He don't have any proof because he knows the check he gave me was bogus and not to mention, I have all the emails and texts stating that you are still going to pay me. So when exactly did I get paid? The show  " The Big Break" should be called, "The Big Fraud" because that's exactly what it is! He has been running this scam for years now, just changing the name. I didn't find out until later, that this is what he do. This a video where he did the same thing to other people, and gave the  same lie. As a owner of Tai'Zai Music Group we will address this ridiculous report from Ms. Phyllis Jewell...We hired her service as a back up camera operator for our pilot on February 16, 2013. One of our original Film Guy couldn't work due to a family emergency. Ms. Jewell was paid right along with our staff. Regardless of poor quality of service and footage couldn't be use we still paid for her for her service. That we our pilot was not completed due to lack of footage from Ms. Jewell aka Jewell Photograph.

No one never told Ms. Jewell that we are shooting our show for VH1. We told her how important this shoot is because we are using this footage as a pilot that we can shop the pilot to CW, VH1 and TBS. So I don't know how she claimed that this is a VH1 show...Funny!!!

As Ms. Jewell stated our show is faked but we have a professional 4 member film Crew, Well Known Music Industry Judging Panel (2 A&R, Radio Personality and Legendary Recording Artist "Lil Cease'). But she said our show is fake....But she wanted her nephew to be apart of the show....Funny.....

I will not address the other crazy matters cause it not call for....But I will address that Ms. Jewell called to the hospital while my grandmother was in recovery from a Heart Failure.....Our attorney will handle Ms. Jewell on that personally and we will not address that on rip off report like she did.....So we will see you in court Ms. Jewell
