Take Tours Forced to pay for optional attractions,Bus driver threatened my children and was verbally abusive to me , Physically assaulted on the bus, etc Staten island new york

I planned a trip for my daughters sixteenth birthday. I brought my two daughters and three of her friends.. The bus tour was from NY to Niagra Falls, Toranto and Montreal. The reviews on there website were all lies. After booking the tour I tried numerous times to get information regarding the tour and not one person could help me. I was told I will get all the information from my tour guide. 

Day 1 : We got on the bus, we were told we were not allowed to use the bathroom on the bus. I was forced to hand over $430.00 for each person I was traveling with for optional attractions and meals. I asked if I had to purchase everything and I was told we would have to wait outside  and there would be nothing else to do and nowhere else to eat. The tour guide refused to give me any information as far as the hotels we would be staying at, the restaurants we would be eating at. Therefore I was forced to hand over $2580.00 in cash only as soon as the trip began. This is in addition to what I paid for the original tour. We left NY at 8am and did not arrive in Niagra falls until 7pm. we checked into a low budget, dirty hotel and were told we have 5 minutes to leave before the first attraction that I was forced to pay for. We didnt even have a chance to wash up or change for the evening. I was told I couldnt get my money back for the first optional attraction. I took the loss so the kids could freshen up and we met them for dinner which I was forced to pay for. Dinner was a chinese buffet that I paid alot of money for. There were plenty other places to eat. Remember the tour guide said there would be no where else to go.

Day 2 : We had to get up and meet the bus at 7am. Mind you, we had to find somewhere to eat breakfast, shower, dress and pack up our luggage by 7am. We were rushed through Niagra Falls after paying alot of money, didnt have time to buy souveniers and back on the bus which by the way was old, dirty and uncomfortable. Were not allowed to bring coffee on the bus. Another 3 hours on the bus to toronto. Off yhe bus, rushed to eat lunch at a food court, rushed through all attractions that I paid full price for and back on the bus for another hour. We were brought into China Town in Toronto to a filthy dirty chinese restaurantthat I paid good $ for. It was so dirty none of us ate. We had no time to walk around China town we were rushed back on the bus for another hour. Hotel 2 was worse than the first. The paint was flalling off the ceilings, the shower had used soap in it and it was far away foom any night life. 

day3 : We had to be on the bus at 530am, so I was told. Last minute the tour guide changed the time to 520am and I was not notified. My girls were threatened by the bus driver that he would leave them in Canada and they will have to take an Uber back to the US. Another 4 hours on the bus, no bathroom, no coffee, no breakfast. It was horrible. once in montreal we had 1 hour to sight see and eat lunch and back on the uncomfortable bus for another 3.5 hours. On our way to the next attraction, my daughter reclined her seat and another passenger on the bus sitting behind her began punching her seat, lifted her foot over the seat and kicked her in the head. I almost lost it, my daughter had to hold me back. They entire bus was Chinese passengers, Chinese tour guide, Chinese bus driver, Chinese restaurants and hotels managed and operated by Chinese people. We were discriminated against from the minute we stepped on the bus til the minute we arrived home. We finally reached Montreal, had dinner in a fairly decent restaurant for the first time . After dinner we were rushed back on the bus again, no time to sight see and brought to a hotel over an hour away from any night life. We had to take an Uber to go back out at night and were treatened again that if we were 1 minute late in the morning the bus would leave us there.

day 4 :We spent the entire day on the bus to go home. We stopped for lunch, Guess where? Chinese Buffet! On of the girls got there period and feminine products were on the bus. The bus driver slammed the bus door in my face and refused to let me get on the bus to get what I needed. He told me to shut up when I confronted him.  Then I was forced to pay a mandatory service fee to the bus driver and tour guide before they would let us off the bus when we arrived in NY, Guess Where? China Town.

Anyway live and learn. I felt bad for my daughter, it was supposed to be a once in a life time experience that turned into a once in a lifetime nightmare. I spent a fortune on this trip. I was hoping for some advise. I would like some type of compensation. More importantly this company is ripping hard working people off and getting away with it. I read reviews on there website that were great. Clearly they were fraud. When I got home I looked up reviews and everyone is saying the same thing. I tried writing the company, no response. I tried calling, nobody can assist, they gave me a fake web site for complaints. I tried going through the better buisness bureau, have not heard fom them, If any one has any suggestions please reach out.
