I was proposed with Talk Fusion saying it would help me with another home based business I was involved with to increase sales and leads. I joined being fairly new to the other business thinking it would be a plus and it did appear to be a good product. I was sent a package containing a few booklets, a webcam, and a paycard. To my surprise the webcam is one that can be purchased at any store that sells webcams for way less then what Talk Fusion charges. I did in fact do a little researching on the company after not making any money (was turned down multiple times with the rebutal there were other programs less costly or free), and not using the product myself and found complaint after complaint.

I decided to cancel and when I did I got an email from Bob Reina himself using very unprofessional manners. He told me I would never make it with my attitude in marketing, I couldn't handle the facts, he found my reasons for canceling funny, also said I didn't do training and he could tell that from my email of wanting to cancel.

All of this stuff he said is in fact untrue. He did say if I sent the package back he would refund about $53.00. I didn't trust the statement and had not sent the package back in fear of if I spend the money to send it back it will be more money wasted on this company and I will not get my refund (multiple complaints I read were about not being refunded after promised). I have saved the emails with hopes that something will be done about this company and Bob Reina before many others get burned too.

Bob Reina is not a very nice guy to deal with if things don't go his way. He is quick to "put down" people before doing his research. Also, the person who "sponsored" me will not stop calling about my canceling, he is calling under private and after answering once thinking it was a relative, I have not answered any calls that are private.

This has been an unpleasant experience and would hate to see anyone else go through this. People do not deserve to be treated this way by any company or company owner.

How many times have you tried to do something and someone came along and for no apparent reason dogged your ideal or your efforts, did you stop or did you keep on going? There is so much competition out there that many have made a choice to play dirty to get what ever they want. Hey, look at the presidential race and one of them may be our next president. It's about the product and weather it has been determined to be good or bad, quality or not. Stop following the man because you can quickly be mislead or deceived. I'm saying this because I hope it can help someone to have a better clarity of mind and spirit. I hope 2012 is far greater than 2011 for you all.

Never will I cease to be amazed at folks who never actually try at anything and, themselves are completely baffled as to why they are not successful.

Talk Fusion offers a legitimate opportunity to market a desperately-needed service and does so at a cost less than half of most every other home based business opportunity.  To completely fail in marketing a program like this must take effort, that's all I can say.

Almost every single person I show this product to is "WOW'd" by it and either wants to sign up or knows someone or some business that needs it right now. The product is phenomenal and always improving based on the feedback of the users. You just don't find that in many companies, period.

You just can't make everyone happy - but this company has certainly made me and all of my clients happy. They do what they say THEY are going to do. The rest is up to you.

It is, most certainly, the most technologically advanced product of its kind on the market and one of the most lucrative compensation plans in the industry, based on the viral nature of how this spreads.

No further information will be discussed or provided, either by myself or my wife, who by the way was not party to my posting here. I have this afternoon received a Cease and Desist from Bob Reina's attorney and Bob, along with a copy of my wife's signed non-disclosure agreement from her employment at Talk Fusion, threatening legal action against me and my family should I not immediately cease and desist.

Somehow, in my personal opinion that is, in Bob and his attorney's minds, posting emails that I personally received and personally sent is DEFAMATORY and damaging to Bob and his business. The comments that are not email quotes are obviously my own personal opinions, and I THOUGHT protected under the Constitution as free speech. Either way, no further comments, info, communications and/or opinions will be posted by either myself or my wife.

If Bob Reina treats his employees like THIS, how can his customers expect any less?

My wife, Kim, was a Customer Service / IT Support employee for Talk Fusion and Bob Reina. Before she began working for Talk Fusion, as she was looking for work, she submitted an application at TECO (Tampa Electric Company). They called Kim out of the blue for an interview. Kim got the job, including a substantial raise and the opportunity to continue her IT career. Kim gave her notice Friday (Oct. 13, 2008). The following Monday, she called her immediate supervisor, Bob's sister Susie, and left her a message that she would be in 2-2.5 hours late that morning to take care of some paperwork, so that she could continue working her remaining two weeks left at Talk Fusion without needing any additional time off or away.

Kim starts off the story:
"I was FIRED! I called this morning to let them know I would be a few hours late to take care of some paperwork and that I was trying to get it all taken care of today so that I could be there consistently for the remainder of the two weeks.....

Well.... I go about my business, don't hear from anyone.... I get a couple free seconds, so I check my email.

[A coworker] sent me an email saying that Bob fired me and he could believe it, and that bob said he is fine with someone moving on to greener pasteurs, but that he will not tolerate disrepsect. WTF??? Disrespect? And he was telling everyone in the office this, but hadn't even told me?

SO.... I called Susie. I told her I heard it through the grapevine that I was fired, is that correct? She asked who told me that? I said that doesn't matter, I just need to know if I have been fired? She said she needed to know who told me. I said, Susie, that is irrelevant. I need to know if I have a job and should come in to work as I had planned, or if I shouldn't. She said it does matter and needs to know who told me. I said, well, I'M NOT TELLING YOU and I think it is ridiculous that I have to hear it through the grapevine and you don't have enough respect to call me and tell ME! So.... should I come in the office or have I been fired. She said, You can come in the office. I said, well that is a yes. I will be there to pick up my sweater and if you have anything to say to me then, feel free.

SO.... I get there and of course, my sweater is not at my desk. SO I say, well that figures, who took it. [A coworker] said, Susie did, hold on I will call her. I said, NO NEED, and I stormed through the office to her office. I walk in and say, "can I have my sweater please". She hands me a garbage bag of my stuff and tells me to go out the back door. So I get to my car which is in front of all the windows and I start taking stuff out of the bag cause it felt too heavy. Well, I had taken a cup into work a week or so ago that had water in it. She f'ing put the cup in there, without emptying it, so there was water all over everything! OMG!! So I start throwing stuff in my car, and I empty out the water and I left a bottle of zicam that wasn't mine in the bag with the water and walked back in the front door and threw the bag at my empty desk. I said, This wasn't mine and tell susie that I F-in' appreciate her getting all my S**t wet!

I then left."

SO...I (Nate) got pissed off and wrote Bob Reina (and copied Susie) the following email:

I must say that you have got to be THE SORRIEST excuse for a professional that I've EVER heard of. Your treatment of Kim today was vindictive, hateful, unprofessional, childish and just plain WRONG. But from what I've heard, this is just par for the course with you. And you WONDER why someone would have "leaked" that you'd "fired" Kim, to Kim this morning? Dont you realize that NOT A ONE of your employees has A SHRED of respect for you, for they've seen this kind of thing before, and Lord knows they'll either see it again or be the victims of it someday themselves!

Kim was a courteous and professional employee always while working for you. She would AGONIZE about calling in on days when one of her kids were sick. (I wonder why she was SO concerned? Hmmmm....) She would always try to go the extra mile for both you and Susie, and THIS is how you repay her?! What an a**hole you are.

First, you "fire" her for having to be 2.5 hours late?! REALLY?! Then you slander and demean her in front of her coworkers telling them that she's "disrespectful"?! And before you even had the COURAGE to tell her TO HER FACE?! What a coward you are. What a f**king coward. Then to top it all off, she returns to get her sweater (and OF COURSE you're hiding), and she's given a garbage bag with her sweater in it, along with a mug/cup FULL OF WATER, which of course is now all over her sweater. Nice, Bob. What a f**king CLASS ACT you are.

You are a piece of s**t. Know this.

And later that day Bob replied to me!

Just like anything else, when you do not have the facts, you arrive at the
wrong conclusion.

Now to the facts: Kim has always been thanked over and over again for her
time at Talk Fusion. Not a day went by where she was not thanked for her
efforts. Show me another company owner that would walk across the street to
get her "Red Bull" day in and day out.

When she put in her 2 weeks notice by telling me outside, I told her I
appreciated it and I asked her to inform Susie, who is her supervisor, as I
was going into a meeting.

When Susie received the message today that Kim was going to be late for an
unexcused reason (to complete paperwork for another job), that is not
acceptable. Work starts at 8:30 a.m.; not whenever you get here for an
unexcused reason. Talk Fusion employment policies are explicitly clear.

That is where it was left. I have no idea of what you are talking about
regarding a garbage bag or water.

I wish Kim nothing but the best in her future employment.



And so I (Nate) replied one last time to Bob:
"I have all the facts I need, sir. I'm married to the woman...she's not some long distance friend or something.

First of all, I in your reply have received more courtesy and respect than your own employee, as Kim HAS YET to get an explanation from either you or Susie. Further, to demean and slander Kum IN PUBLIC as you did to Kims co-workers is beyond the pale. I notice that you did not bring up that FACT.

If your company policy is truly to FIRE anyone immediately for a FEW HOURS "unexcused absense" then you can pat yourself on the back all you want for buying Red Bulls for "the little people"...the fact that you don't realize that your justification is absolutely ridiculous on a MASSIVE scale shows just how shallow a person you truly are. Kim has a FAMILY to support and now must go TWO WEEKS without pay, because of her supposed FIRE-ABLE "offense".

Buy another Red Bull or two Bob, if it makes you able to sleep tonite.

CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS?!?! ----------------------------------------------

Here's some FACTS:
1. Talk Fusion (in ANY form....neither Bob nor Susie) EVER fired Kim! (Instead, Kim heard this from a COWORKER, via email! Here's the actual quote: "What the F**K! can you believe Bob fired you for calling in?? Then told us you were disrespectful?? WTF? I quote his words "I have no problem with people going to greener pastures or so she thinks, but I can't stand disrespect" WTF?" STILL YET, Kim has received ZERO explanation from the company....either on the phone with Susie, when she went in to get her sweater, or currently via phone, email, etc.

2. Kim (and many others that work at Talk Fusion) has in the past, called in (missed work) for "unexcused" reasons. There are NO "sick days" provided at Talk Fusion. Therefore, you either have to use Vacation time, or the absence is "technically" deemed "unexcused". Kim (as well as many other employees of Talk Fusion) has also came in late as well as left early, in the past...also "unexcused" reasons. NOONE in these examples has gotten fired. Kim has NEVER been warned, either verbally or in writing. NEVER ONCE. Not until Kim gave her two weeks' notice (and they accepted it...see Bob's email reply) did they SEEK RETRIBUTION upon her by firing her. This is because THEY ASSUMED that the "paperwork" that she said she needed to take care of (in Kim's original email "calling in late") was for her NEW job at TECO (see Bob's email reply), but Kim never said that "the paperwork" was for her new job.

Again, Kim NEVER ONCE said that she was going to be late for the purpose of "to complete paperwork for another job" (to quote Bob's email). She said she would be a few hours late "to take care of some paperwork". PERIOD. Bob ASSUMED it was for Kim's new job, and THAT is the reason she was fired, according to HIS OWN WORDS. So, add this up...Before (and in the past) her two weeks' notice, "unexcused" time or absences did not even rate ANY FORM of warning....After her two weeks' notice, 2.5 hours of "unexcused" time (according to Bob, for the purpose "to complete paperwork for another job"), and she's IMMEDIATELY fired. Plain and simple. This equals RETRIBUTION.

4. Bob personally SLANDERED and DEMEANED Kim to Kim's coworkers (see item 1, her coworker's email to Kim), telling them that they'd fired her, when they in fact HAD NOT. Kim knew NOTHING of this until she received this coworker's email. The point however is the SLANDER. Further, once again, Bob STILL has yet (or ANYONE "official") to have the professional courtesy to speak with Kim and a) officially fire her and b) give her the professional courtesy of an explanation as to WHY!

My ENTIRE point in posting this is, how in the world can customers expect professionalism and courtesy from Bob Reina and his company, Talk Fusion, when he lacks the basic decency to treat his employees maturely, humanly and professionally?!?!?!
