Talk ToolBox ordered a radio took money and no merchandise Alpharetta Georgia

I ordered a radio from this fellow. He's the only one who answers the phone when it is answered. It is a XV-1000. He took my payment of $229.07 and never sent any radio. When calling and talking with him..only 3 times. He gave excuses. It had to be shipped from California. It was out of stock at his office. Last one was that it had to be ordered. When I finally got hold of him two weeks ago...he happen to answer the phone.."I will refund the money to your credit card." A BIG FAT NOTHING...So far...it's been almost 60 days and no merchandise or refund. This guy's name is Stephen T. Markland. He has a mailing address of 6625 Highway 53 E Dawsonville, Ga which I found out is a UPS mailbox company. The address of 135 Rexford Lane, Alpharetta Ga. 30022 is the address listed by the Secretary of State's office on his business in the state. He also has an address of 1068 Union Center D Alpharetta Ga. Haven't found out where that is. He has another phone number listed on his web site as 706-344-3604. The toll free number is 1-800-455-9894. I honestly think this guy is just in business to rip-off people who have trust in companies. He sent a fax to my work stating how he could offer good prices and products. I just wish I had checked further into his business.
