 When you first enter the park office you will be greeted by a sales person, there are only two. The first is a women by the name of Betty Zdanowicz. She is dumb as a rock and has no Knowledge of sales. She also is a LIAR. the second salesperson is a man, d**k Tull [His son runs the park ]. He is a fast talking arrogant know-it-all. He also is a LIAR. Once you buy in the park you are at their mercy if you ever want to sell as no real estate agents are allowed in since it is private property. Your only option is to use them at 7% commission. There is no upkeep what-so-ever in the park and no maint. The residents are like ZOMBIES and very UNFRIENDLY.  BUYER BEWARE. You have been WARNED.
