The seller claimed to have e-tickets to a show I was interested in. They sent me a paypal invoice which I paid and then I discovered that she had a paper trail of ripping people off. She persisted in delaying the delivery of the ticket and finally I concluded that this was a rip off. I have filed a claim with Paypal which I'm sure I'll win. But this person obviously has an issue.
