On August 20th he sent me a quote for $1699 for India Tickets . After confirming all details the owner asked to send money by online transfer to their ICICI business account. I sent the money from my ICICI account to their account on August 21th. He confirmed by email the receipt of the of the transaction.
Upon 4 days of no ticket delivery called to enquire. They blamed the delay to airline company. Upon 2 weeks of no action. i caklled them and said I would like to cancel the purchase which they politely obliged.
They called and asked for my bank account # to which the money has to be refunded. But after that they never responded to my phone calls or email.
