Tan Your Hide ripoff waste of time Colorado Springs Colorado

I had an 18 month contract with tan your hide , they had access to my checking thru auto payment (thats the only way to get a so called deal with them)well I was paying religiously each month even to the point of making payments at their salon .

I receive notice in sept that I had not paid for 3 months .Imagine my surprise at being told that despite al the payments that I had made they never made it to my acount.They put me in collections ater I refused to pay them again and I had stopped useing in the final 3 month of my contract , if I hadnt paid why was I allowed to tan all the months that I supposed didnt pay?

I did ask to speak to the owner who some how isnt available by oral or written comunications. Not surprised though would you want to call a customer your comapany ripped off ?? Needless to say that whole experiance had left me with a bad taste in my mouth for indoor tanning .....
