The people from Taponix / Tapclicks know how to sell, that's for sure (you can find their websites at Taponix.com or Tapclicks.com). They are very persuasive.

My name is Alexandra and I'm a marketing executive at a large media publisher.

I'm here to let the truth be known so that this never happens to anyone else.

Here's my honest review. Please read this very carefully.

Taponix / Tapclicks came to us in a moment of need. We were trying to evolve from print media to digital the best we could and we still are.

We were already doing extremely well with our current providers back then, after failing countless times trying to do things on our own. We were doing succesful sales and digital marketing, yet these guys came and started bashing on our providers saying horrible lies about them (which some of our executives actually believed, including myself).

They said our providers were small, that they had no clients, that they had bad technology, that basically they were doing everything wrong. We believed them and we let our providers go (we got them back, but that's 1 year after hell with Taponix.com). Funny thing is we didn't even investigate the truth, everything was a lie.

To be honest, the Tapclicks people were very persuasive and enticing. They even had false backup to justify their lies and we simply believed them.

Long story short, we starting working with them and signed a multi million revenue share deal. The first few months were ok, but then we started noticing that they didn't know much about what they were talking about, always saying things like "Let me get back to you on that".

One of my colleagues that never liked them but that we never listened to (we should have) investigated them further and it seems they had a terrible reputation within the industry, everybody hated them with a passion saying things like "they are disloyal competitors and a fraud".

But we had a contract signed wtih Taponix and we had to keep going so we let that go (we shouldn't have waited any longer).

Anyway, it turns out they had no clients, no experience, and no technology. Everything they did was outsourced to this cheap hindu garage and all they had was some venture capital backing them for some reason (just because they were friends with one of the partners there).

Basically everything they said about our previous providers to get them out was only true about themselves. Tapclicks.com was simply a fraud with a decent cover front.

Our sales dropped by over 50%... Trying to terminate the contract with Taponix.com was a living hell. Once we were actually able to terminate the contract, they started trying to do some messed up things. They gave all our know how and our entire data to our competitors. Including our database which I have no idea how they obtained. They starting hacking into our systems making them fail. So not only did our sales drop by more than 50%, we lost like 35% of our clients.

That was the worst year of my professional life. Stress, hell, sales gone, money lost, client complaints all over the place. An entire waste of time, life and effort.

Our CEO got fired and it wasn't even his fault, besides Taponix he was actually doing a very good job.

We finally got our previous providers back and we're one of the most succesful digital media publishers in the industry right now, but we could've saved a year of pain and achieved that a lot sooner.

For your own sake, do not work with or hire Taponix / Tapclicks. They are simply a scam and a fraud.
