Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I purchased a Camera (ebay) for $450, from tarcasound. Never received the camera. After 5 weeks of excuses. I was told I would receive my money back. It has been 6 weeks now and I still get excuses as to why MY money has NOT been returned to me.
Tarcasound received 5 negatives and changed his account to private all within a weeks time.

I was one rip off by a lady on ebay, item was never ship to me after pay her via Paypal.
This is what I did -
1) I emailed ebay for info, all I got was fake phone number and address without street number!
Their way of protecting scammer.
2) I emailed Paypal, samething, nothing happen.
I don't use them for big item sell any more, I always keep my $ low with them.
3) I emailed may sellers of her and ask where they shipped the items to. Some were willing to help, one refuse to give out info and sent me an ad of her asking me to buy her stuff! Fat chance!
4) No soon after I notice many people start to send negative feedback to her and she was kicked out of ebay, ofcause ebay will no longer give any info after that and just side this is a unregistered user.
5) I print out all the feedbacks she got and sent the printouts to the USPS and filed mail fraud with her local post office and was directed the info to the main investigation department, a few weeks later, I got a mail from them stating that they have sent a warning letter to ask the seller mail the item to me.
6) I inform all the victims of her do the same thing.
7) a week or so later, I got my item. ;)
I've just got scammed again, I still belive to give a seller with a few negative feedback a chance, I've got a few myself however un-deserving...
Ebay and Paypal service #$%^&*, they don't deserve to earn our money. Do email other auction sites ask them to improve their seller/buyer protection policy, so we will all shift our business over.

I bought a $450 camera from tarcasound (John Winter) in Jan 2004. After 4 weeks and no camera AND lots of excuses, he stated that he would refund my money in full. It has been 7 weeks and I still DO NOT have my MONEY. I am still getting excuses. tarcasound had 5 negative ebay ratings with in a week and he changed his ebay account to Private. I did not get a chance to see who/why the Negative ratings were given. Thus, I was not the only one "getting excuses" from tarcasound!!!!
