TARGET GRANTS CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD FOR $49.95, WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION, MISLEADING AND FRAUD. DO NOT KNOW California

I was charge $49.95 through my credit card. I called the phone number that appeared on my credit card charges and the first time the gentlemen even gave me a disputed Id number. D511085270807. I thought the charges would be reversed and everything would be ok.

This month, my credit card is charging me late charges and interest because no one has reverse the charges. I called again 866-407-1028. This time it was a very rude lady. She told me that I should have called within the 2 weeks given to me on the ad. I do not remember reading an ad about the Target Grants. She hung up on me.

My credit card mailed me a letter asking me to verify when I communicated with the CO. ,the date, response, and any other information to prove my case.

Unless I prove that I have tried to get the Target Grant to respond I am stuck with the $49.95 plus interest for something I do not know why I was charge this money for. On the Complain Board Web site, I found out there are a lot more compaints on this Target Grants, like mine. Please help me. Thanks
