Hi,

I am 13 years old, I do acting work part-time.  I have a Cogan account, it is a court blocked account.  My mom is the trustee of the account.  Several years ago, my mom had a Target credit card, and when she lost her job, she eventually defaulted on the credit card.  She was sued by Target National Bank by a law firm called Patenuade & Felix.  They got a judgement against her.  At some point, they emptied her checking account.

I have 3 bank accounts, the Cogan trust, a regular saving and a Teen Checking, all with Wells Fargo.  Patenuade & Felix somehoe managed to empty my checking account.  The bank did not give them the savings account or the court blocked minor trust account.  Patenaude & Felix then went to court and filed a levy   to try to get my Cogan account.  Unbelievable.  They are not entitled to my money, even though I am a kid, I work hard.They sent me the letter.  I am 13.  How do you send the letter to me???  My mom is the trustee on the Cogan account, they should have sent the letter to her.  I guess they are just hoping that the court will not realize that it is a Cogan minor turst account,and it is a blocked account that no one can touch.  Very unethical, they should lose hteir license.  My mom contacted some legal service, and was notified that they seemed to have been filing liens left and right regarding the udgement against my mom.  The thing is she was not notified about this.  She was not notified about the lien on the checking account, either.  Also, the amount they claim that my mom owes is not correct, beacuse she paid them a lot of the money.  Very bad people.  We have no choice to sue them and my mom said she will contact the bar association, because they are trying to steal from a minor, and the way they do it is illegal and they should loose their license.
