Target publishers marketing group gets you too believe you are getting quality mortgage leads of 45 fields of information from verified interested customers that were talked to the night before, all you are really getting is a regular farm lead which comes from the (title company for free) with a name address and inaccurate information.

We spoke to customers who didnt remember speaking to anyone from target publishers ,and customers that told the target telemarketers they just refinanced a month ago or they dont need to refi at all, but these were sent to us as verified leads anyway, we were allowed to send them back as credits, but ended up getting the same problem on new leads.

Out of 29 confirmed leads we only found 2 prospects one idaho gentleman who was in foreclosure and a gentleman that wanted $30,000 out of his 150,000 house that had no equity in it.

Long story short target delivers big on a fancy web-site and talks big on pre-screened customers with appointments set-up on your behalf, but all they deliver is wasted time and money of your company , before we paid for the leads we recieved calls every other day for months from target, after we paid the only time we spoke to someone is after repeated attempts of contacts,

I have spoken to Darren Mcdowell the (president) of this hole in the wall company ,he also happens to be the secretary ,treasurer ,head of the lead department ,which I now know is signature for rip-off company who just does enough to honor a vauge contract to keep your money,

My last conversation with Mr.Mcdowell he labeled me as (pathetic) for asking for a refund , and laughed at my plea
and ended the call by hanging up in my face,

AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!

They are a scam company. They don't even list a real address on their website, it is a PO Box at a UPS store. So is their agent of service address they have listed with the Secretary of State; they are reputed scam artists.
