Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We had signed up to receive 50 "verified" telemarketed leads. Most of the customers we spoke to did not remember speaking to any one with Target, or they were not interested in refinancing. Often times the rates were well under our "filters" that we paid for. We even had a few instances where these people were quoted rates by our telemarketers. Out of 50 leads we returned 30 and only got 3 rplacements. We also had SEVERAL leads were the CLTV was calculated as our filter LTV only to find out it was WELL over our paid agreement. This company is a joke and the people working there have NO customer srvice skills what so ever. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Why don't you send the dates on those e-mails.
All those "GOOD" comments were in the beginning of trying to build a good solid relationship woth your company. Once the returns started I got NO service and things went DOWN HILL dramatically. I tried numerous times to get htings resolved and always got the same response. I even asked to speak to the owner of the company, but got nothing. When i needed change YES you guys were great, when I needed a return; THAT is another story. I returned 30 leads. 30!!! got THREE replacements. GARBAGE with GARBAGE... If you - PAT - would like to speak to me I encourage any and all e-mails. I am glad my action on this site got a reponse from your comapny. At least SOMEONE is willing to talk to me about this.
OH - and where are my out of state leads that I paid for?
