On September 30, 20011, contact was made with the county assessor office, to inquire "total amount of personal property taxes for this year" Personal property transactions are cash only, cannot used your credit, check or debit card. The person at the counter office stated total taxes are due in the amount of $102.69.
Within 5 minutes went to the bank to withdraw funds in the amount to pay for personal property taxes. As payer entered the front office of the assessor office, to find an tax collecter with payer file and i quote" this is ms. Ross file, she moved here last year and she own two years taxes, total in the amount of $117.41 past due for Jonesboro AR. 2008 tax year, more taxes are due for another county that payer briefly resided Greene county, in the amount of $172.02 for 2010 taxes, and there St Francis tax due for the amount of $102. 69.
Payer stated, in 2010 taxes were payed for Jonesboro AR. for the amount of 129.40 payer made her aware of the receipt of money order payment taxes. Payer has not resided in Jonesboro for the last two years.
Payer resided a year in Green county from October 2009 to Aug. 2010. and paied Jonesboro taxes.
Payer currently resides in St. Francis since October of 2010. Taxed have been paid each year, have receipts.
Worker stated to other employees, She's a county hopper, payer acknowledge and made it known this is dafamation of character, and reason for recent moved are due to being a licensed behavior therapist employed by two St Francis School to be excepted to received notice from payer's attorney.
Payer cannot understand why there is additional taxes, payer own only one vechicle a 2006 Evoy, tax collecter assess another vehicle no longer own this ForD Escape, without this truck since September 2008. Please contact me to help to explained the detailed within this statement at 870-3180794, i am being rip off at age 66.

Almost sounds like whoever bought the other car never transferred the registration to their name and kept it in yours for some reason. You should probably go to the tax collector and say you haven't owned the other vehicle since 2008. I would help if you could show proof that the vehicle was sold to another party or see if they will take your word for it.
Either way there is usually something that states you should only pay the taxes on it if you still own the vehicle.
