I was contacted by Tax Results on 12/14/2010 by Doug Stuart who said he would be representing me with my IRS debt. After talking with him and not seeing a bad rating online with BBB (at that time though now they have many complaints) I decided to hire them to handle my situation in which that time Doug said they would require a down payment and all of the required forms for them to begin building their case for me to send to IRS which I immediately sent to them. January of 2011 rolled around and still have not heard back from Tax Results so several hundred calls to their answering service and yes I have the phone logs to prove this I was finally able to reach Brad Patrick whom he mentioned he was the vice president. He told me that Doug no longer worked there and now I am starting all over again with Nathalia Claxton so once again I resend all the information needed to her and again the same problem that person no longer works there and I am once again passed on to another person in February and once again begin the resending of documents to the new person representing me, this goes on several times up until July of this year 2011. In the end all they did was file a 433-f form with the IRS which I easily could have done. The problem here is during all of this time of being pushed from one person to the other my bank account was levied, all of my property now has a lien on it and all of my taxes owed have gone up with interest and penalties. In the end I had to work with the IRS to settle with them.

As far as I am concerned they owe me much more then the down payment I gave them. I want a refund immediately per their guarantee that they can and will reduce the amount owed by me to the IRS or a full refund will be given to me.
