taxbrain.com SBBT (Santa Barbara Bank & Trust) Tax site Internet

I did my taxes with taxbrain.com and chose the faster option which after accepted by the IRS, SBBT would directly deposit my refund into my bank account and keep taxbrain's charges and their own.  Taxbrain submitted my taxes to the IRS on 1/15/2010, the IRS acepted and deposited my money into an account on 1/26/2010.  I waited to see if the funds showed up which they never did.  On 1/29 I called the IRS and they stated that my money was sent out to republic bank and trust.. not SBBT like it was supposed to be.  I called RBT and they stated they did in fact receive my refund and were sending it back to the IRS on 1/29/2010.  I then went to taxbrain.com and asked how this happened.  All they do is copy and paste a generic reply to all of your questions.. nothing helpful whatsoever.  No one there can explain the mix up, apologize, nothing. 

I called the IRS back today, 2/1/2010 and they still have not eceived my money back from RBT.  I was told it can take up to 6 weeks before I see my money now.  Thank you taxbrain.com.  Your mistake has been a true burden on my family.
