Taxpayers Negotiation Group - Bob Graham - Simon Whitfield - James Stanley Can't believe I got Ripped Off by the Con Artists at Taxpayers Negotiation Group Malibu California

My first contact with this company was though SIMON WHITFIELD, set up the BOGUS account and got the payment arrangements set up and handled all of the communications at first. I was late with one of the payments, that's when I was introduced to BOB GRAHAM, (the ENFORCER) he came with the speech, if we have to drop your case now, that's going to send a RED FLAG to the IRS, because we have to report to them, that we are no longer representing you and you'll lose your uncollectible status and they are going to start coming after you.

I got some forms in the mail, from SIMON WHITFIELD and I filled them out and sent them back, as directed. That is when JAMES STANLEY entered the picture, sending more forms to be filled out and Identifying himself as the person that would be handling my case, I did what was requested of me. That was last time anyone contacted me, (I guess because my payments were on time)

A couple of months went by, all the payments were made, but, I had not heard from them, so I called the TNG office and asked for BOB GRAHAM, he informed that my case was being worked on and these things take time, and asked that I please be patient, someone would be contacting me.

A few more months passed, I called back, this time, BOB GRAHAM, was not available, I spoke to BARRY, he was going to pull my file and get back to me, I still have not heard from them. The TNG got me for $3250.00, and all I got to show it my money, are some forms, voided checks, broken promises and phone bills.

Before I started this process, I looked them up on the BBB's web site and the report, at that time was OK, so I thought that I was doing the right thing, by the time the company got an 'F' rating it was too late, all my payments had been made.
