We purchased a mattrress and box spring from Room Mates in Corpus Christi in November. It is now February and the mattress sags very badly. It was manufactured by Taylor Bedding. When we contacted Room Mates they did not seem at all interested and changed the subject. They said they would get back to us but never did. I searched for Taylor Bedding and found that similiar complaints are on file with you. This mattress cost in excess of $600 and is probably worth perhaps $100 if that. Room Mates would not tell us if there was a warranty although I am sure they mentioned there was when we purchased this and other furniture from them. Do not deal with either business.
