Thanks for all your emails of support...I had to laugh earlier looking over these documents these guys sent -- accusing US of extortion? What would you call a company you sign papers with for certain amounts of money, and at the last minute its completely different with thousands of more dollars required? Who is kidding who --
This never would have come to this point had they had the money required paid at closing (which never took place because it was over the top) and the bump up of the land appraisal....so I ask you, who is wrong here? We wanted to do business with them with the terms we signed for...not with the terms that were inflated beyond belief right before closing...and not in writing...so they get to keep our money and time and effort and digging and going through storage boxes to find all the things they wanted not to mention time lost from work? I look forward to stating the case....If what they did to us has caused them millions of dollars as they said, they should have refunded our money immediately since we did not take the loan with them due to the fact that it was extravagant and not what we signed for....not right....
