Thakns for the phone calls of support... Our atty said as long as the first amendment is ours, we have the right to telling exactly what happened to us.... This is going to be interesting and will keep you posted as this ridiculous thing proceeds....
Can you imagine in the United States of America... being overcharged, inflated fees and the kicker is right before closing and laying out money, that you would only own 10% of the land when you have paid out approx. $10,000-11,000? and the lender would own 90%..Now that is really something that sounds a bit odd doesn't it...
Are we the bad guys when we were given very different rates and NOTHING about an LLC corp having to be opened which would cost another $2500 AND OWN ONLY 10% of the land..ha... Should be interesting... also getting letters from several attorneys who said they have never heard of anything like that...
I can see the judge's face now... WHAT?... later...
