While sitting at the customer service desk doing a wire transfer my car gets towed from TD bank parking lot.  Asking the bank manager ALEX to have my car returned he replied NO and threatned to close my accounts.

The service advisor I was dealing with and the security guard all witnesses to this horrible behavior were shocked.  Will see what the HIRE UP HAVE TO SAY?

So you ask the manager to have your car returned and his first response was NO and that they were going to close your accounts.

Why does it seem like you have left out a few things.

You need to contact the hire up. If the hire up can't help you, maybe they will hire another hire up.

Parked Illegally?

AUTHOR: Jim - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 30, 2018

The only way your car would be towed is if you were parked in a space you were not supposed to be in.  In other words, you were parked illegally.  So how is that the bank's fault?
