TD bank USA It impossible to call to the bank, they didnt pick up the phone Nationwide

It impossible to call to the bank, they didn't pick up the phone. Hire more people then, don't know what to do? I'm not happy with the bank.

They do sequrity code for everybody now. Not smart idea at all. Do one state first, small one, or just one bank, after you finish take next step. I spend 2 hours at home to call you, no result. I call my bank in NJ. They advise to come, so after 55 min I left. I expect really the our TD bank have shorter connection with Centre bank, but no. Bank our for instance like a regular people can't have ability to call the Centre TD bank, why you invite me then? DO you think people have nothing else to do??

This morning I finally desided to take that sequrity code and problem begins. They asked 4 digits for my phone to send me a text message. OK. I do not have a text mesagges at all from the bank. Than I choose another option, to call me with the code. Yes, they did. I wrote it down and wrote in the right place. After that I got a message Your onlne/mobile banking access is locked. WHAT???

You can't call them. What was it?

Immedeatly unlock my phone. It was your mistake not mine.

Everybody choose another bank if you don't want have a problem.

I spend to much time today, more then 5 hours. And don't know when it's finish.
