Td Waterhouse Bank ripoff New York York New York

I have been a customer of td waterhouse bank for several years. I recently had a payment not rec. by a payee and then rec. a late fee. TD Waterhouse seemed more concerned with finding some reason to avoid paying the fee. I setup the correct address for the payment, it just wasnt rec. I had several email and phone converstations but wouldnt fix. I ended up sending the dispute to the complaint address for the federal reserve with the website pages for tdwaterhouse with its guarentee on the bill pay and it was credited promptly. The problem with TD Waterhouse's bill pay is the money is taken out as you pay the payment and submit with no regard for if the payment is rec. by the payee. I have switched to my local credit union that has this service (tells when the payment has cleared and paid).

Obviously 2 problems. TD waterhouse's service takes your maoney right away and dont know that paid and also they dont stand by their service and have to spend valuable time dinking around with them.
