Teacup Puppies Store SCAM Sales Overly Priced Puppies That Are Very Sick and DOES NOT Follow Sale/Insurance Agreements. Ft. Lauderdale Florida

I purchased a (($5,550) + shipping $550 + life insurance $300 = total $6,400) teacup Pomeranian from this company 4/18/2017. She was shipped to me on 4/29/2017 arriving at Houston, TX International Airport at 1:30pm. From the time I recieved her she acted like any other dog, scared and unsure of her surroundings. Once we had home she would not eat and only drank very little water. By 2:00 am on the 30th she lost conciousness and was rushed to the nearest Emergency Clinic.

There she was immediately rushed to the back for critical care. She was given Dextrose to bring her glucose up and treated for Hypoglocemia and pneumonia. She has been in the emergency clinic and personel vet since 2:00 am Sunday 30th treated for parasites and on dewormer as well as on fluids to maintain glucose. She was released on 5/2/2017 at 6:30pm and her diagnoses is still unknown and have been told that I may need to see a specialist.

Throughout the entire time since she was emitted into ergent care I have been in communication with the company. I have spoken to 4 people telling me I would be contacted by customer care and have yet to be contacted and every time I have called back I have been told the same thing over and over. One lady had actually told me that I would be refunded the cost of the vet bill but still have yet to be able to speak to customer service. I am in debt of $2,264 in vet bills as of 5/3/2017 and a total of $8,664 spent for a puppy that was sent to me sick and still unknown of her diagnosis and come to find out all this company does is scam people for their money.

This company needs to be put out of business so people such as myself does not get scammed and poor puppies are not being neglected and abused. I do not understand why we have a government which allows to continue. This company has been doing this for awhile for them to get in a lawsuit and shutdown and to turn around change their name and continue to do as they were. This must stop!!!
