Team Chevrolet At Northpoint Employee cruelty, customer games, ripoff Alpharetta Georgia

I used to be an employee of Autonation. From experience I know that The employees get treated like pure crap. They have the worst pay plan on earth (20%front, 5%back) They also have only $50.00 mini's (Which is the least they can pay you on a CAR deal. They also allow management to push you around and they feed there favorite sales people deals. They actually have people who NEVER FOLLOW THE SYSTEM and they sell 18-25 cars a month. They never get off there behinds to get a customer. They get all the CHEESE DEALS. Like Joey Dibetto, and Orlando get all the easy deals. Sherman Holland is like a Military General that wimpers like a little girl about every little thing. Chuck Hershiser is THE WORST GM ON EARTH. He has no idea how to run the car buisness. Every deal I have ever worked with those two people have never sold. You know why......because they are idiots!!! They had the best sales crew on earth until Chuck Hershiser made idiotic changes. I used to work for Tom McKNight Who Shold have been the GM. But he took care of employees and customers alike. They DEMOTED him for an a*s like Sherman Holland. Sherman then brought in his buddies as managers. They have never managed a day in their lives. At one time we had 7 managers to 8 sales people. What sense does that make. Then the kicker. They have so much money in their inventory that whenever you sell something for retail. It only pays you a mini. They trade cars back and forth from dealership to dealership only shuffling the inventory anly to get more bad inventory that will not sell. I am sure the investors would like to know more about how they steal trade ins and before you can sell them to make money they wholesale them and pay like 3 managers on the profit. It is a so called "work in progress" they kept saying. They also just recently fired they only manager that knew what was going on Jason Steiner, and closed down the other location(which should have been done a long time ago CHUCK) Chuck Hershiser the GM also promoted his 24 year old DUMB AS A ROCK SON to be the Finance Manager!!!
