Team One Promotions - Kirby Vacuum ripoff con artists harassment Topeka Kansas

I was totally taken by surprise by the company Team One Promotions selling Kirby Vacuums. Late on Sunday night two girls came to my door telling me that they were there with a new carpet shampooing company. They would shampoo one room in my house for free at no obligation, and if I liked it the next time I needed the carpets shampooed, hopefully I'd use their company. I told them i had just purchased the house and the carpets were just cleaned. They said they could just do the stairs if I wanted. Stupidly, I agreed. They then told me they would be back with the cleaning crew. Three boys then came into my home and proceeded to tell me to turn off my tv so they could show me the shampooer.

After and hour and a half, I was getting annoyed. I had told them several times I didn't want the vacuum. they kept pressuring me and filling up these filters with dirt and leaving them on my floor. I asked them what they were going to do with all the filters. they said if I didn't buy the vacuum they would just dump it back onto my floor because that's where it came from and obviously I didn't care if it was there. How rude. I thought they were kidding, but the more I think about, I think they were serious. they then called their supervisor, who came in and kept pressuring me as well. they just kept filling up these filters and covering my floor with them.

finally, I said "if I buy one will you get out of my house." so...I bought one, knowing that I had three days to get out of the contract. So I faxed the cancellation notice the next day and called the company to make sure they got it. I asked them how to get them the vacuum...i'd deliver it if they liked. Mr. Morgan told me that someone would be calling me to set up a time to pick it up and give me my deposit back. I just checked my bank account and the check I wrote was deposited. So...now I'm just waiting to see if anyone calls me. I will stop all other payments with my bank. I don't know what else to do...any advise?
