I was easily awarded a judgement. Then I served a writ of garnishment to Team USA Bank (Wachovia National). Got my entire deposit back and a $150 more for expenses. Total over $1200.
Don't give up.

Oregon or Florida court?

AUTHOR: Terry - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 01, 2007

Did you have to go to Florida courts for a small claims suite? I currently have been waiting for well over a year for a refund of over $600. One excuse after another and I am ready to get this one over with.

Thanks.
