Same Thing here. Lost thousands, they want you to work 8 hrs a day Mon - Sat to make those a holes money. You can not take time off without a threat of loosing your job. All that matters to them is the daily numbers. If you dont sell more than three a day you could be fired. They dont care that it is snowing or raining on you. Your turf is crap. The potential customers don't pass a credit check, They still owe money, etc... you did not produce a customer they dont want to hear the truth. You are an "Independant Contractor" yet they treat you like an hourly employee. Check in every couple hours. Work your full shift, bring in deals. Oh yeah the deals that you won't see the money for any ways. You follow up with the customers. They have been installed and love the product. Great I should get paid.........NOPE....... Pay day comes around and its like running down stairs on Christmas morning to realize ..... oh yeah i'm Jewish....... No money or money missing. then the same old story. I will check in to it..... follow up a few times and then get told that you were paid on a claim or it is being claimed and you should see it on your next check. Again more smoke up your a*s. If you are approached to work for this company run the other way. If you are approached by this company as a potential client, do your self a favor and look up Winmark on line. There are hundreds of us out here that have been burned. And think about wether or not you want to get involved with a bunch of lying SOB's. Brad, Freddie, and Yvonne are all three crooks.
