We made our purchase of the 5 copies of Adobe Creative Suite CS5.5 software with TechValueDirect.com(TVD) in June 2012, we instantly received an email advising that we had been upgraded to the Master Collection CS5.5. We were sent links to download the software (but not sent a serial number); as the file was way to big I emailed and advised the people at TVD that I will just wait for the hard copies that they will send as part of my purchase.

I contacted TVD 3 weeks after the purchase as I had not received the software, I was promised a tracking number in their next email. That email never came. I then replied 5 times to find out if there had been any updates with the progress of the shipment, I got my reply on August 7th (2 months after purchase) advising that they are awaiting a call from FEDEX in regards to the shipment. I continued to contact them for further information and on August 30th TVD advised that they will re-issue the product to us.

With the re-issue of the software I requested to be given the tracking number for this parcel so that I could track its progress. I received the FEDEX tracking number on Sept 6th. I logged onto the FEDEX site and noticed there was no progress made, I contacted FEDEX to see what the hold up was, their reply was "The sender has not scheduled a pick up for this parcel - it is still on their premises" I contacted TVD asking why FEDEX hasn't been in to pick up that parcel. Sept 14th TVD's reply, advising that I would receive the software with in the week.

On Sept 24th, after several emails in regards to the FEDEX tracking system we received a parcel from TVD. It was one single CS5.5 Design standard disk, no serial number. I was waiting for individual packaged sets with 5 individual serial numbers. I requested a refund!

On October 4th, again after several emails, TVD advised that they had processed a refund. I waited 5 business days for it to go through.... nothing. I emailed them requesting a refund number... and received it October 21st. That was it! I contacted AMEX and sent them all the emails and information with TVD and go refunded.

Tech Value Direct's customer service team were lacking - it took 3 of my emails to 1 of theirs.
Tech Value Direct never followed through with their promises to send through information.
Tech Value Direct never sent the goods that we purchased, but they were quick to bill us ~$5000 for it

Choosing to shop with Tech Value Direct was the biggest mistake that has spanned from Jun 4th until Today Nov 11, when AMEX granted my request for a refund, and from my experience I highly recommend shopping elsewhere
