I used this service and could not get rid of them . They kept logging into my computer saying they were fixing it but i think they were just getting information from it. They seemed ok at first but after a while i was really starting to doubt their abilities. i wish I would have checked them out sooner but when I did found out I was not the only one who had problems with them.
