Technology 21, Global Racing Group, Real Time Ratings, Dominic De Silva, Dominic Dibiani, Derek De Silva, Australasian Racing Data Horse Racing Scam. Selling a computer program that monitors the 3 TAB's in Australia Gold Coast Nationwide

Dominic Desilva is currently serving a Supreme Court Sentence in Wacol Correctional Center QLD (07 3212 0411). He is also under investigation for fraud and other criminal activities by New Zealand Authorities. Upon release from Wacol he will be taken into custody by immigration and deported back to NZ where NZ authorities will be waiting for him. He was convicted on the 20th April 2007.

The company "Technology 21" is operating from the office located at 3B / 339 Reedy Creek Rd. Burleigh Heads QLD. Amongst his staff is a Peter Bradoti. Peter was the Director of another Horse Racing Scam known as Licensed Data Traders.

Dominic has been involved in selling Horse Racing Programs since his days back in NZ working for Off Track. When he arrived in Australia in 2000 he went back to work for Off Track in Surfers Paradise. Transvision Data was the next company he went to before being fired by the owners of this company for stealing money.

Australasian Racing Data was the 1st company Dominic was owner / Director of. This company sold around 200 programs, with many clients wanting a refund when they realised they had been scammed. Dominic did not pay any company tax or personal tax for this company.

Global Racing Group was the next name change for Dominic's scam, only this time he used a friend's name as the Director for this company. Dominic of course was in total control as his friend had been deported by Australian Immigration for being an overstayer. Again this company sold approx. 200 programs with a very large portion of clients wanting a refund. And again no company tax or personal tax was paid to the Australian Taxation Department.

Real Time Ratings was a company Dominic was selling programs into New Zealand at the same time he was running GRG. Again disgruntled clients and no tax's paid.

Next in line came Lime Tree Solutions. By this stage the Taxation Department was applying the heat to Dominic so along came Mr Ian Mcclaren. Ian was made the Director of this company and apparently there was ment to be some agreement between Ian and Dominic as to how the money was to be devided only Dominic was arrested for having an illegal firearm and went to Wacol Correctional Center for the 1st time. His business partner Ian MccLaren then decided that all money made from this company was his. Ian stole approx $100 000 from Dominic. Look at the entries made about Ian MccLaren and Lime Tree Solutions on Rip Off Report. Most of these were made by Dominic once he was released from Wacol.

Technology 21 was set up in January of 2006. Since then Dominic has been in and out of prison for numerous charges.

Yes the program is an old program that was written for Australasian Racing Data back in 2001 by Cowley's and based on the same program used by Transvision Data. This program had many problems that Dominic could not be bothered to have a programer fix. A graphic artist devoloped the new look to the program and the website too. The laptops he sends out come from FTC Computers in Burleigh's Stockland Shopping Center.

Dominic De Silva is a con man. Thats all he is. He only ever looks forward to the moment a potential client is about to pay the $$$. Once he has recieved your $$$ you will not get a call from him nor will he be in a rush to return yours. Dominic does not care about training you as he knows himself the program does not work. All his TAB accounts he likes to show, including the ones on the Technology 21 website, have been modified using the Windows program "Paint".

So decide for yourself. Do you want to be conned like many more before you or are you going to take a stand and stop people like Dominic from operating a business that only wants your $$$$.
