Techon Digital Rude and Possible Scam Nationwide

Helped a friend order a Garmin Zummo 550 GPS on the internet. An additional $50 was paid for 3 day delivery. The printed invoice stated to call within 24 hours to confirm order. When he called to confirm the salesperson used extremely high pressure to sell additional accessories that were not actually required. When the sales person was questionaed about why the additional accessories were needed, the sales person became irritated and was rude and also hung up on my friend. When we called a second time, we were told that the item was on backorder and that they could not deliver in 3 days. My friend then cancelled the order, which they immediately said it was cancelled. Hopefully they do not charge my friends credit card anyway.

Stay away from this company. It seems to me they are trying to scam people and they are very rude in answering questions. I already have the same Garmin that my friend wanted to order and they lied to him about needing the additional memory card for $200.
