Owner of techrenegade.com runs ads on craigslist, facebook, and backpage. Once contacted by him he will speak to you as if with a understanding tone but will ask you for 25% or 50% upfront. He will then do a simple website DDoS to make it look as if he did something and ask for the rest. Once the rest of the payment is made, the job you paid for will not be fulfilled and he will then ignore all incoming emails unless you are offering him another chance to scam you before you realize you were scammed. At this point, after he won over your trust, he'll ask for 100% for the next job and never speak to you again.
