I have the Civil Court judgement for $1,583.34 against ICR Tracking Sciences, Inc. P.O. Box 152044, San Diego, CA 92195 dated 1990 owned and operated by Tedd Davis Jr.  This money is still owed and will never be collected from the owner, operator and scammer Tedd Davis Jr.  

Ask yourself this question:  What would possibly be the motivation FOR ANYONE to make this claim 22 years after crime this theft was committed?

This never happened. I have never left town in the middle of the night leaving even one employee without payment.

Never.

I did not recall having an employee named Gary working for me at ICR Tracking sciences when working with the San Diego Police Department.

I only had one employee issue at ICR Tracking Sciences, and that came from a sales person whose name I do not recall that filed a false California Labor Board claim for commissions earned and not paid. I had investors who agreed that this claim was TOTALLY WITHOUT MERIT and they did not let me pay this person a penny more than was earned.

We concluded that this person's termination, for BLOWING THE BIGGEST DEAL IN THE COMPANY'S HISTORY, was trying to save face with his then wife.

I have never left an employee with out payment ... NEVER.

When this company was going through tough times and eventually out of business, I had orderly layoffs, on a paydays, with all individuals being paid what they were due.

Also, I had investors at ICR Tracking Sciences that did the company's financials, knew the employess, and they would NEVER permit such a thing.

I have no idea why this individual would say such a thing ... no idea at all. I did not have that many employees at ICR Tracking Sciences, and I honestly don't even remember a Gary.

Also, the premise of setting up shop in cities to rip off employess is TOTALLY WITHOUT ANY BASIS AT ALL!

I CHALLENGE ANYONE TO PROVE THIS ASSERTION. I DEMAND THAT SOMEONE MAKE AN ATTEMPT TO SUBSTANCIATE THIS INFORMATION!

This would involve: (1) having this person prove his assertions, (2) finding or hearing of other employess with the same complaint, and (3) Finding other employees in other cities who have this complaint.

I'll give you a hint. I have never had employees in any other city working directly for me! I have had several employees, but there were in company's that I work for, respectable comnpanys where I've had senior staff, management, and executive positions.

My "Technical Consulting" projects and career have but for one exception in San Diego NOT EVEN HAD ANY EMPLOYEES. I did everything myself, and have customers who can verify this!

I am very concerned about this report, and demand that it be pulled until you perform an investigation on this person and his motives.

Publishing this type of inaccurate information is TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE.
