Hired Teddy “TJ” James also known as Teddy Sandman to build a website and to run a social media campaign.  We started off with a bang, he had had an answer for everything - - he was charming, kind, and totally informative especially to a novice.  Had two meetings, the second meeting was so clever of him - -  he brought in his ringers (two adorable children and his lovely wife) this completed the trustworthy image. He wooed us and we are now on our way to a great business adventure and handed him a $5000.00 dollar check  - - no contract in hand(lol) stupid us.  This was also his suggestion and talked about a long term adventure.  Now he has the money and boy did things changed...late for meetings, excuses were cleaver and abundant, meetings were continually rescheduled, his so called work was sparse and elementary at best.  We requested a conference call and he said" will anyone be on the call other than the two of you" and are you recording these calls", seemed odd and yet another red flag - - we are now starting to wake up! Coming out of our haze believing we found a gem. He became combative, resistant, unresponsive, acted as if he owned the company.  We would get smitten’s of work here and there.  Discovered some of the work was copied and pasted from another website.  After three weeks of this manipulation and con-work we pulled the Sandman plug, well we tried to.  He then became yet another person. Demanded for ownership of our company, threats to destroy us publicly, claims of his close relationships with the Orange County Housewives and favors owed to him from his contacts in the industry with E, In Touch, US Weekly, etc.  He stated he had the ability and would destroy us in a quick manner, and of course a complete refusal to return the $5000.00 paid to him.  We hired an attorney who sent a demand letter for funds to be returned and no response from Teddy Sandman Ted “TJ” James and all the other names he must go by that was not surprising to us.   He clearly is a man of no good, no integrity, no meaning of right from wrong. Something is clearly wrong with him, a mental defect.  As the other victims have stated! RUN, RUN, RUN.
