Tel. Trust, Halifax Communications, Distributor Enterprises ripoff stole from my family the business that doesnt give a dam Ft. Lauderdale Florida

My husband and I also trusted this company, we thought it would be a great business to get into, it looked and sounded so legitimate. (Ha. Ha.)

We too sent out a personal check in the amount of $42.00 on 3-31-03, and it cleared our bank on 4-7-03. I contacted our bank to see if the check had cleared on 4-11-03, they proceeded to tell me that it did clear, I told them the situation, and they responded by telling me give it another week and see if they process anything, So we did.

On 4-24-03, I again contacted our bank to see if maybe there was and address, or signature or something on the back of the check from the company where it was cashed, they proceeded to tell me that I would have to order a copy of this check, so once again I did.

On 4-25-03, My bank contacted me at work and told me that the check was in that I had ordered, so I went to pick it up, just to find out that there was no signature on the back of the check by the company who had cashed it. But! It had For Deposit Only Tel Trustwith the account number as follows: A/C # 0055101559.

Maybe this would be as to some help to others, If you have a copy of your check, look on the back to see if there is an exsisting account # on it, if you don't have a check, I advise you to obtain a copy. I took this check to my bank, and they are doing an investigation on it, to see if they can help me get my money refunded back from this absolute filthy company that doesnt give a crap about anything or anyone that responds to their advertisement.

If you too have been scammed by this disgusting company, and have not yet filed a complaint against them. It would be in your best interest to do so now!

$42.00 may not seem like it is much to some people, but when you don't really have it, it is alot. As far as I am concered that money I sent to them was to help me get ahead in life, help pay my bills, and support my 4 growing children, as far as I am concerned they didn't steal that money from me or my husband, they stole that money from my children, and that makes me sick to my stomach, how the hell do some of these people get away with the things they pull, if it was you or I, 9 times out of 10, we would all be sitting behind bars right now, for scamming people they way they have scammed ALL OF US!!!!!
