to date we have received a total of 11 leads for a 7 day calling period. this is an average of 1.57 leads for a campaign of 50 hard copy leads and 2 direct connect leads that is supposed to be completed within a 12 business day time frame. 3 of the leads received are not within the parameters outlined in our contract. None of the leads received to date were sent through the so called verification dept. for quality control.

There was never a script that has been approved by our company either. Nor has there been a script sent for approval, itom 1 on the responsibilities of Tele-ten. there has, according to customer accounts, been no monitoring of the telemarketers conversations , itom 2 on responsibilities of tele-ten.

i could go on for hours about these people but the bottom line is that they are a fraud ridden company...and i'm out $1500. thanks alot tele-ten!!!!!!!
